Wondershare Apps Now Compatible with Windows 8

Wondershare Software recently announced that its popular utility apps are now completely compatible with Windows 8 desktops. This compatibility reiterates Wondershare's dedication to offer users easy upgrades to the latest OS.

The well-accepted Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate video conversion/transfer app, Dr. Fone iDevice data recovery app, MobileGo Android (News - Alert) migration/administration app, and the PDF editing/conversion apps can now work on Windows 8. Existing users can easily upgrade from Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 to Windows 8.

The organization is also in the process of completing quite a few Windows 8 Modern or Metro interface and Windows RT compliant apps. These apps will be released in the near future and will be sold at the Microsoft (News - Alert) Store. The organization aims to offer native Windows 8 Modern UI apps for both desktops and notebook PCs. The organization also aims to offer Windows RT apps for the Surface, instead of modifying a current app for the latest platforms.

In order to develop apps that can fulfill the precise requirements of the user on the latest platforms, it is imperative to entirely alter the user behaviors, requirements and desires. The "clean sheet" design endeavor by Wondershare has resulted in the development of these latest apps.

In a statement, Tobee Wu, founder and CEO of Wondershare said, "Wondershare has long been synonymous with ground-breaking new technologies. Thus far, Windows 8 users have been underwhelmed with the selection of Windows 8 native Modern UI apps as many of them are nothing more than re-hashed versions of existing apps. Wondershare is taking a different tact; we're creating a new generation of apps from the ground up that will exceed expectations and delight our customers."

Wondershare’s prize-winning Video Converter Ultimate video conversion and transfer app can now be used on iPad Mini and Surface apart from the iPhone 5, Samsung (News - Alert) Galaxy S III, Kindle Fire, and several other phones and tablets. Current users of Wondershare apps can now upgrade to the latest release of the apps by utilizing the "update" feature within the app.
