Analysys Mason is company which provides work ranges from strategy development and review, technology portfolio analysis, revenue uplift and market-entry strategies, customer segmentation, competitor profiling and market analysis. Bringing together a team not only of technical consultants, but also experts in the field of operational policing, will allow Analysys Mason to provide deep insights into how the Hong Kong Police can use ICT to its best operational advantage. Traditionally, the Force has been recognized as a global leader in many of its initiatives, and this strategy will help maintain that profile.”
