Digital Management, Inc. Acquires Mission Critical Wireless

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI), a provider of mobile solutions and services for smart devices, reportedly bought Illinois-based Mission Critical Wireless (News - Alert) (MCW), a specialist in mobile infrastructure management and mobile device management, in order to improve its mobile computing services.

MCW was supposedly providing high-quality mobility support, professional services, training, wireless consulting and managed services to both enterprise and carrier customers, from Fortune 500 companies to small- and medium-sized enterprises. The company’s mission was to deliver highly-efficient and optimized wireless experiences to a broad range of enterprise-level organizations.

DMI hopes to leverage this expertise to further its footprint and set the stage for faster business growth.
