QlikTech Announces Growth of Global OEM Partner Program

QlikTech, a provider of Business Discovery, user-driven Business Intelligence (BI), announced its growth in its OEM partner program at the Qonnections 2012 Global Partner Summit.

With QlikView Business Discovery platform, QlikTech and its OEM Partners provide solutions “Powered by QlikView,” for customers in various vertical markets like the financial services, healthcare, telecom, and functional areas.

The QlikTech's Qonnect Partner Program for Technology Partners simplifies QlikTech's engagement process with technology partners and enables delivery of comprehensive integration tools, development support, and joint sales and marketing resources.

OEM partners range from network security vendors that integrate QlikView for end-user business intelligence reporting to software and information providers that integrate its technology with their own for unique purposes, such as analyzing crime patterns for law enforcement.

Qonnect is simple and easy to join, with great benefits and without the multiple levels and complicated requirements of so many partnership programs. Its  business-friendly, flexible licensing models allow to bundle, add-on and host QlikView technology in or with the solutions and services, and support everything from on-site installations to “Software as a Service” (SaaS (News - Alert)) delivery models.

The Qonnect program provides value to OEM partners, like drive new revenue sources, enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate time-to-market, and optimize performance.

Some of the organizations with OEM agreements with QlikTech include, Aldata, provider of retail and distribution optimization software, which has integrated QlikView into their Aldata Insights platform. Metrix Software Solutions, a provider of risk management applications, has adopted QlikView as the analytics component of its IsoMetrix.net platform, to create governance applications.

The proALPHA is a complete ERP solution for medium-sized companies, and has developed a business cockpit in cooperation with QlikTech. Rosslyn, a software company, has developed a cloud platform that incorporates technologies to provide knowledge workers with the information they need to make smarter decisions. QlikView customers get a single platform to instantly develop and deploy apps across their organizations using data that has been automatically connected to information from third-party sources.

Sectra develops and sells IT systems and services for radiology, women's health, orthopedics, and rheumatology.

“OEM partnerships are critical to the ability of QlikTech to deliver world-class solutions to customers,” stated Peter McQuade, vice president of Alliances and Partner Sales at QlikTech.

“We understand the challenges customers face in aligning IT operations to the business, and that in today's complex IT environments, each customer has unique management needs. That's why we are driven to cultivate key relationships with leading partners. Our vision and corresponding strategy relies on our partner community to deliver unparalleled value to our customers,” McQuade said.
