Philadelphia Business Leaders Join CTN Solutions' Advisory Board

CTN Solutions, a provider of managed Information Technology (IT) services and outsourcing to the SMBs, has recruited some of Philadelphia’s most prominent business leaders to provide the company with strategic guidance.

CTN Solutions welcomes regional businesses to its newly formed Advisory Board. Board members include Tom Behlau, Ralph Cetrulo, Ted LeBow, John Petralia and Candida Seasock.

The board was created to expand the company's suite of managed IT and cloud services for small to mid-sized businesses. Expert guidance of board members is expected to help CTN’s IT solutions align with business and industry need.

In a press release, CTN provided a brief profile of its new advisors:

Tom Behlau is the Managing Partner of Tarpon Hill Capital. A business operations veteran, Behlau founded two successful software integration companies – Anexinet and Information Technologists Inc.      

Ralph Cetrulo, the founding Partner of CMS Source (News - Alert), brings accounting and financial expertise to the newly formed Advisory Board, while Ted LeBow, Principal of JRI Consulting, brings 20 years of operational experience realigning entrepreneurial, private equity-owned companies for next-stage growth.

John Petralia, Managing Director of Bay Street Investors, has expertise in corporate development. In his 40 years career, he reportedly helped grow both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies including Rohm & Haas, Ferro, Chase    Bank, GE Healthcare and Novartis.

Candida Seasock, Founder & President of CTS (News - Alert) Associates will share her knowledge in the areas ofstrategic business development and marketing direction.

CTN Solutions offer a number of managed IT services under the brand of NetCare Managed IT. The solutions can either be deployed at the client site or hosted at the CTN secure data center. NetCare offers complete operations management and support to ensure IT network infrastructure functionality, availability and performance while reducing business risk and total cost of IT ownership. The service was first rolled out in 2010.
