SAManage's 'Love Your Assets' Discounts, Accerates Resolutions for Zendesk Users

SAManage, a provider of software as a service (SaaS (News - Alert)) IT asset and service management software, announced its “Love Your Assets” promotion, offering a 20-percent discount on Zendesk IT Asset Management service to all of its current Zendesk users. The solution helps reduce resolution time on tickets and ensures same-day deployment of assets.

The SAManage IT Asset Management service provides Zendesk users with several useful solutions, including a search function within SAManage, widget for viewing asset details, ticket-to-asset association for future reference and a search-by-requestor feature.

IT Asset Management for Zendesk was released in 2011 and has seen a positive response, according to SAManage.

The new service allows companies to view assets across its entire network and track them instantly. It allows the user to know exactly where assets are located, who’s using it and its configuration. The goal of SAManage IT Asset Management is to speed up ticket management and deployment.
