Seven Networks Invest in Telsasoft Monitoring Devices

Mobile carriers are constantly looking at ways to improve service for their customers. One way that carriers continue to improve service quality is through monitoring network connectivity. Telsasoft (News - Alert) offers monitoring tools for 2G, 3G and 4G networks. Seven mobile providers have joined Telsasoft’s client list to ensure quality service for customers. These tools monitor and manage any performance issues related to the reliability of mobile networks.

Carolina West Wireless is one of Telsasoft’s newest and happiest clients. “The Telsasoft product suite has quickly become our primary resource for network reporting, trouble recognition, and in several cases a tool for fault location. It is the primary network ‘microscope’ that we use for all network operations surveillance,” said Paul Feldmann, executive director of Engineering at Carolina West Wireless in a press release. “The use of the TecAlert tools have helped us improved our site fault and restoration time better than 30 percent over the past year. OpsAlert has become our primary KPI reporting instrument with applications that benefit practically every department from RF to Care.”

Nex-Tech Wireless of Hays, Kansas agrees that the tools are both user-friendly and resourceful. The company is most pleased with the respond time when an issue on the network occurs. Telsasoft’s monitoring device detects problems on the network as early as possible. Once the problem is detected, the satellite company and provider work together to solve the network error. This means better mobile connectivity and less Internet interruptions.

Globecomm Systems (News - Alert) Inc. of Hauppauge, New York and MetroPCS Wireless of Dodge City, Kansas are also pleased with their decision to invest in Telsasoft’s monitoring services. With the amount of people who rely on their smartphones as a main connection to the Internet, reliable Internet service through wireless providers is a necessity. Telsasoft hopes to ensure a customer’s trust with their wireless provider regardless if they are at home or traveling.
