- Alert) Services and Atos. At present almost 70 percent of Wolters Kluwer's portfolio is online, which means the need for secure, responsive and high quality infrastructure is essential for supporting customer service. The IT outsourcing services from Dell and Atos will support faster workflow solutions, mobile applications and a faster delivery of content.
In a release, Tom Lesica, CEO of Global Shared Services, Wolters Kluwer, said that, “Traditional methods for provisioning IT infrastructure and services no longer support the pace of innovation in professional markets for online, software and service solutions, and an increasingly mobile customer base. With applications and services being brought to market at an accelerating pace, a more dynamic delivery method based on an agile cloud service and variable cost structure is more suitable.”

Dell Services and Atos will provide Wolters Kluwer North American and European operations Application Hosting; Service desk; Storage; Networking and Managed Security.
