RDI Solutions Partners with MaxxVault for Easy Document Management

A leading document solutions and office equipment provider that prides itself on attentive and customized services for their clients, RDI Solutions, LLC, has improved their capacity to carry easy-to-use and integrate document management to their clients by partnering with MaxxVault, LLC. A leading specialist in enterprise Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), MaxxVault, provides software that is secure, powerful and yet easy to use.

In a press release, Dan Regan, president of RDI Solutions, said, “MaxxVault is the perfect fit for our business model because it is powerful and flexible enough to do what our clients need and yet still be very easy to use. We provide attentive and detailed consulting, so our customers expect solutions that fit like a glove. Between MaxxVault, MaxxDocs and MaxxCloud, we can deliver the exact document management solution that is right for them. No other vendor was able to provide the same range of solutions.”

Mohammed Iqbal, Director of Sales for MaxxVault, said, “We are very proud to welcome RDI Solutions as a reseller partner. They are an experienced group from top to bottom, and it is reflected in the quality of their services. That MaxxVault passed their evaluation is a tremendous vote of confidence. We are expecting this partnership will provide greater opportunities for us both.”

MaxxVault was recently in the news when it introduced MaxxDocs 4.0, the powerful yet simple entry-level document management solution. With the help of MaxxDocs, documents are captured from scanners, MFPs, network folders or from any application via printer driver. Documents, once captured, are indexed for quick retrieval. They can be stored by MaxxDocs and can be treated just as paper documents, with users able to mark up documents with notes, highlights and redactions, just to name some of the features. Just like a paper file, documents can also be merged, separated and the page order can be shuffled.
