Riverbed to Participate at the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise Conference

Riverbed (News - Alert) Technology, the IT performance company, will showcase its wide area network optimization, network performance management and satellite communications solutions for defense and intelligence agencies at the 2011 Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise Conference.

Taking place June 7-9 at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, Texas, the theme of this year's DI2E conference is "Converging the Enterprise."

The conference brings together developers, program officers and users for demonstrations and discussions on how to best deliver a professional, fully-integrated and seamless IT solution to offer the best intelligence, counterintelligence and security information to support the warfighter, coalition and national intelligence requirements.

To understand, optimize and consolidate their IT infrastructure, more than 13,000 organizations worldwide, across a wide range of markets, depend on Riverbed.

Hardware and virtualized solutions of Riverbed overcome performance issues that are caused by distance, distributed computing, and ever increasing amounts of data. The same "local area network-like" performance, no matter where the private data center or public cloud may be is delivered by Riverbed.

With new and innovative solutions, Riverbed continues building upon its success in the WAN optimization and NPM markets.

Conference participants who visit the Riverbed booth can learn how the company's WAN optimization and NPM solutions can help accelerate the transmission of mission-critical data over satellite-based WANs to help the defense intelligence community better meet its operational objectives.

The DI2E is the logical integration of the successes of the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System and Joint Intelligence Operations Center Enterprises to support our defense, national, and international partners with all-source intelligence and counterintelligence.

In related news, Riverbed Technology has declared its participation at SATELLITE 2011 Conference and Exhibition, taking place March 14 - 17 at the Walter E. Washington Conference Center in Washington, D.C.
