Redwood Software Debuts Business Process Monitor for Enterprise Process Automation

Redwood Software, a automation expert, announced that its newly unveiled SAP (News - Alert) CPS powered Business Process Monitor for Enterprise Process Automation is designed to offer business and IT stakeholders flexible, real-time, filtered views of their business processes, enabling them to complete approval cycles and other key manual tasks and track the progress of a process.

The Business Process Monitor is capable of aligning and connecting business and IT to enable agile business processes across one’s enterprise.

Time and mission critical processes demand deep and immediate collaboration between business and IT. But usually IT runs automated processes and business users are only ‘customers’ for the resulting reports, data or updates. A lack of cooperation between them means a lack of visibility for members of one department into the other – this can stall processes until necessary approvals and other critical dependencies are met. The new Redwood monitor makes sure that collaboration happens in time.

Redwood Software claimed that the Enterprise Process Automation powered by SAP CPS gives one the most flexible approach to enterprise process management, using ‘conditional processing intelligence’ to dynamically determine the right time, place and circumstances to execute even the most complex, compliance-sensitive business processes.

The company asserted that Business Process Monitor delivers desktop updates to all users on current status, description, progress, start time and duration for each task within a process. It is also compatible with most widely used mobile technology letting users to manage, monitor and collaborate around complex business processes from anywhere.

The company also claimed that its business process automation solutions enable improved organizational efficiency, growth, and service level delivery to give your business a competitive advantage.
