SCG Helps Savtira Tap Digital E-Commerce Market

B2B cloud commerce solutions provider Savtira Corporation has recently inked a deal with Source (News - Alert) Capital Group, Inc.

As part of the agreement, Savtira has retained the Source Capital Group (SCG) as a financial advisor and SCG will also help and negotiate on Savtira's behalf for potential merger and acquisition opportunities. SCG's investment banking division is dedicated to raising capital for high-growth small cap companies in industries including e-commerce.

Recently, Savtira Corporation also reached an agreement with Newtek Supply, Inc. (Newtek), a major North American consumer electronics wholesaler. The terms of the agreement allow Newtek to distribute its large inventory of consumer electronics to Savtira partner stores.
