DocAuto Launches WorkSpace Manager 1.8

DocAuto, a provider of software solutions for Autonomy (News - Alert) iManage WorkSite, announcedthe release of Version 1.8 of its flagship product, WorkSpace Manager. WorkSpace Manager is used by hundreds of enterprises globally for implementing and maintaining matter-centric architectures in WorkSite.

The release of new version offers significant design enhancements to the queryeditor interface, simplified dialogs and a new template manager. DocAuto (News - Alert) has more than 100,000 WorkSite users worldwide. The new features of the version 1.8 include enhanced preview, multi-column sorting, column reordering and print capabilities for primary query results.

The new version is also offering a new streamlined interface for management of defaulttemplate settings and bulk changes to existing templates. It has the capability to match existing categories, tabs, folders or searches by their internal "Project ID" for special-purpose jobs.

The upgraded version has improved functionality where WorkSite is accessed via theWeb in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environment.“WorkSpace Manager is the only complete workspace creation and management solution designed to manage every aspect of the Matter-Centric architecture within WorkSite,” said David Kiefer, president of DocAuto, in a statement. “This release providespowerful new capabilities, interface improvements, and greater capabilities for integration with external applications.”
