Netformx, a global enabler of telecom network design and proposal generation platforms, in association with Bell Canada, a communications company in Canada, is all set to discuss the importance of using automation and integration to streamline the delivery of complex, custom offerings at TM Forum's Management World Americas conference, taking place Nov. 9 through Nov. 11, 2010 in Orlando, Fla.

TM Forum (News - Alert) is an association focused on enabling best-in-class IT for service providers in the communications, media, and defense and cloud service markets. It offers business-critical industry standards and expertise to enable the creation, delivery and monetization of digital services. Management World Americas is the industry’s well recognized communications management conference.

As mentioned in a press release, Ittai Bareket, chief executive officer at Netformx, and Bell Canada (News - Alert) pre-sales engineering director, Milan Belohoubek, will present on Wednesday, Nov. 10 in the Operational Excellence Summit's Business Transformation track. They will demonstrate how the ability to efficiently design, redesign, sell and implement simple to complex custom solutions is at the heart of success in today's communications environment.

Operational excellence is believed to enable service providers to quickly meet the business demands of customers. Rapidly evolving customer requirements combined with the increasing complexity of advanced telecommunications solutions is believed to offer opportunities, as well as challenges for operators.

Bell Canada was able to dramatically streamline workflows, increase staff productivity and enable staff to more quickly respond to business opportunities by automating and integrating the end-to-end processes involved in the sales-to-fullfilment process.

The presentation is said to focus on ways to increase sales productivity and customer satisfaction through automation and integration, reduce time-to-revenue through sales accuracy, improve the ability to forward documents to ordering and provisioning, and update solutions at the provisioning stage. Also, Netformx said it will showcase its DesignXpert, an integrated desktop platform for discovery, design, configuration, quoting and proposing integrated    communications network solutions.
