Telsasoft Announces Orders for Network Monitoring Tools

These days complexity, dependency and‘security within networks are become increasingly important and prime concern for the users. The network monitoring systems can preserve the accuracy of the queries within predefined error bounds even during extreme overload conditions. Recently, Telsasoft announced the orders for network monitoring tools to 2 U.S.A. and 3 international wireless carriers.

Carriers are utilizing Telsasoft's (News - Alert) products to easily monitor and manage the performance and reliability of their networks. Telesur of Paramaribo, Suriname SA tapped Telsasoft to continue monitoring their GSM/GPRS/EDGE network. Telesur had previously been utilizing Telsasoft's "software as a service" (SaaS (News - Alert)) subscription model.

Henk Bottse, manager, Transmission Department and Mobile Access Network of Telesur, said that the fast and accurate data, including the excellent technical support, of the Telsasoft Performance Data Tool, significantly enhances the company’s capability of taking precautionary measures in our mobile network, especially during high seasons.

Bahamas Telecommunications Company, headquartered in Nassau, Bahamas, selected Telsasoft to help monitor the performance statistics for their CDMA and GSM networks. Huden Johnson, manager of the Wireless RF Support Department at BTC, stated that the company uses the Telsasoft Monitoring Solution extensively to keep our wireless network at its apex.

Wisconsin RSA (News - Alert) #7, d/b/a Element Mobile, a new operator in central Wisconsin, selected Telsasoft to monitor their CDMA and EVDO network. Telsasoft said they will be providing their alarm management, performance monitoring, and CDR analysis packages to Element Mobile.

Two additional carriers have selected Telsasoft. Advantage Cellular Systems d/b/a DTC Wireless of Alexandria, TN chose Telsasoft to replace a competitor's solution. DTC was looking for a cost-effective solution to monitor their GSM/GPRS/EDGE network. Belize Telemedia Limited of Belize also chose Telsasoft to monitor the faults and performance of their new CDMA network.Telsasoft designs and develops service assurance management software to serve the telecommunications industry.

The company's integrated suite of alarm management, performance monitoring, trouble ticketing, CDR analysis, and inventory management software allow service providers to monitor and analyze the health of their network.
