Needles Launches Version 5.0

This new version includes all of the functionality that has made Needles a market leader for over 30 years, while modernizing the technology stack and providing key productivity and ease-of-use enhancements.

Needles 5.0 introduces an adaptive system for its customers that manages the entire client lifecycle, from intake to settlement. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, the software includes new features such as a web-enabled API, texting, a clean user interface, social media accounts, operational dashboards, and more.

Needles' software is built on the experience and feedback of the company's market-leading 40,000+ users. The latest version has enhanced its built-in libraries of forms, checklists, fields, and case types, by adding over 400 built-in reports, created from the company's 33 years of experience and input from its diverse customer base. The new report library gives firms access to an unparalleled level of insight into their businesses. In addition, the new report writer allows users of all skill levels to create reports, should they need additional or custom reporting. The company also integrated a web-enabled API into 5.0, which allows users to seamlessly integrate oher software products into their case management platform.
