Turbonomic Expands In EMEA to Address Growing Demand for SMART Workloads

Turbonomic, the leader in workload automation for hybrid cloud and three-time ranking Forbes Cloud 100 company, is expanding its international footprint in EMEA. The company has opened its first Center of Cloud Excellence (CoCE) in Tel Aviv, Israel. Focused on research and development (R&D), the CoCE will ensure the highest level of cloud innovation, support and expertise to help customers advance and achieve their Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (News - Alert) (AWS) cloud strategy goals. Additionally, in support of a doubling of the number of alliances in the region over the past year, a new representative office in Paris, France will support the Company's growing European sales, alliances and channel and marketing organizations.

In addition to its growing EMEA operations, Turbonomic is also attending VMworld 2018 Europe in Barcelona, Spain, November 5-9 (booth #E117). Experts will demonstrate how VMware users can dramatically drive digital transformation and modernize their IT using "SMART" workloads that self-manage, anywhere, in real-time.

By 2020, more than half of all workloads will be in public cloud - up from 20 percent today. As customers continue to move workloads to the cloud, Turbonomic delivers a single AI-powered platform that spans hybrid enviroments (including Microsoft (News - Alert) Azure, AWS and VMware), to assure performance, enforce business policies and minimize costs. In VMware environments, Turbonomic assures performance while confidently driving up the utilization of a Software Defined Data Center (SDDC). By enabling self-managing workloads, Turbonomic can provide 30 percent better performance, 30 percent lower cost, and 30 percent fewer tickets.

VMworld Europe attendees will have hands-on access to Turbonomic's platform, featuring capabilities that accelerate cloud migration and optimize workloads in both Microsoft Azure and AWS environments. Attendees will also see the company's latest capabilities for self-managing container platforms across customers' Kubernetes-as-a-Service offering of choice, including new support for Pivotal Kubernetes Service (PKS).

"Our growing EMEA presence enables us to serve even more customers and accelerate adoption of the industry's only platform that enables AI-powered 'SMART' workloads to assure application performance at the lowest cost while enforcing business policies - both on-premises and in the public cloud," said Dason Bodilly, Vice President of EMEA Sales at Turbonomic.
