Sterlite Tech Appoints Kumud Srinivasan to its Board of DirectorsPUNE, India, May 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --
Sterlite Tech (BSE: 532374) (NSE: STRTECH), an end-to-end global technology leader in smarter digital networks, today announced the appointment of Kumud Srinivasan from Intel Corporation to its Board of Directors with effect from May 22, 2018. She has spent 30 years at Intel in U.S., leading multiple global functions, prominent ones being R&D for technology manufacturing, industrial automation and Internet of Things for manufacturing facilities. From 2012 to 2016, she served as President for Intel India. As a Non-Executive and Independent Director, Kumud will be on Sterlite Tech's Board for a term of five years, from the date of appointment.
