RapidRatings Releases New Interface and Enhanced User Experience

RapidRatings, the leader in financial health analytics, today announced the release of a new user interface (UI) designed to provide dramatic improvements to the user experience and advance the ways users and executives interact with the FHR® Platform. The platform's new UI/UX focuses on three major areas: enhanced visualization for a more personalized experience, easier access to online training and resources, and a responsive design and accessibility for mobile devices. The new UI will be featured at the RapidRatings Client Summit on May 22-23rd at the W Hotel, Hoboken.

Recent studies indicate that while business disruptions are inevitable, those organizations that can quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve these issues are best positioned to maintain competitive advantage in their respective markets. The new UI is designed to give companies more control over how they consume and operationalize the financial health within the context of their risk management programs. Dramatic improvements to the visualization and user experience paves the way for clients to create custom portfolios, set alerts and notifications, and distribute financial health ratings across the organizaton, serving as a common language and taxonomy that unites various business areas including risk, compliance, procurement, finance and technology.

The new enhanced learning center with easily searchable content give users more control and greater access to training and support documentation. This allows for faster onboarding and training and enables users to begin interacting with the platform immediately. The online resources center is a great complement to RapidRatings' other client support resources.

The new UI focuses on performance, ease-of-use, and mobility to increase user adoption and make financial health more accessible on mobile devices that can be used for supplier interviews and during onsite visits. Now users can quickly pull up a rating or access a Financial Dialogue™ report to help facilitate discussions around financial health from any location.

"We acknowledge that risk managers and executives are always on the go. We wanted to give them an easy way to access the same deep insights available within our full reports but in a mobile format," said Dave Lawless, Chief Technology Officer at RapidRatings.

"One of our key goals from a design perspective was to create a consistent and familiar experience for our users. The navigation was carefully designed to ensure that users were not disrupted in their day to day tasks with the platform," commented Joseph O'Donoghue, Head of UI/UX Accessibility at RapidRatings. "By identifying usage patterns, implementing user research and validation methods to give the user a logical taxonomy designed specifically for them, we have been able to increase adoption along with the user satisfaction levels."
