Shift4 Corporation's Pioneers in the Payment Gateway Space Hand Over Day-to-Day Operations and Name New Executives

LAS VEGAS, May 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Shift4 Corporation, the trusted leader in secure payment processing, announced today that its founders J. David Oder, its president/chief executive officer, and Katherine A. Oder, its executive vice president/chief operating officer, will be stepping away from the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Oder will stay involved in the company as its CEO and chairman of the board. Mrs. Oder will take the position of vice chairman of the board and remain as corporate secretary. The Oders look forward to greatly expanding their semi-retirement.

Shift4's board of directors has announced that J.D. Oder II, its current senior vice president and chief technology officer (CTO), has been promoted to president, a position that he has successfully filled, in practice, for the past couple of years. Mr. Oder will remain the company's CTO.
