LifeSite Acquires Mustbin Mobile AppLifeSite™ announced today that they have closed an asset purchase agreement with Boston-based mobile app company, Mustbin. The award-winning digital vault company, LifeSite, has signed a deal to acquire Mustbin's technology assets and upgrade Mustbin users to LifeSite Vault, delivering on the company's vision to help people securely organize and share key information and documents. LifeSite Vault provides enhanced functionality across multiple platforms (on desktop, mobile and Amazon Echo) for Mustbin users, including: dozens of categories and data fields for improved organization, permission-based sharing, reminders and an integrated "point and shoot" mobile scanner. Users will also enjoy industry-leading security including end-to-end layered encryption, multiple factors of authentication, and a world-class "lights out" data center.
