CenturyLink wins OCC disaster recovery services contractWASHINGTON, July 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) recently won a contract to provide disaster recovery services to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). CenturyLink will help the OCC develop and manage a secure, reliable and cost-effective disaster recovery service for its mission-critical systems by providing a dedicated, always ready, on-demand server environment to ensure the continuity of operations in the event of a natural or man-made disaster. The company will specifically support the OCC's disaster recovery program testing, security, compliance, configuration management, emergency operations and documentation requirements. The one-year contract for managed disaster recovery services with dedicated hardware and storage has five one-year options ad a contract ceiling of $29 million.
