Social media network for automotive aftermarket professionals.

"We have an amazing group of readers, viewers and contributors from all sectors of the automotive industry who are dedicated to sharing educational content with other technicians, shop owners, estimators, distributors and manufacturers," said Jim Savas, Vice President of UBM Americas, Automotive Group. "The content they create in the form of new product announcements, how-to videos, techniques for refinishing vehicles and much more advance the industry and all of the hard working automotive professionals who are committed to training."

The Auto Pro Network is a collection of like-minded automotive professionals from across the country and all parts of the automotive industry. Professionals represent service repair technicians, shopowners and service managers, collision repair technicians, estimators and owners, distributors and jobbers and manufacturers. Members use the community-based social media platform to post blogs describing problems they have solved, videos detailing how-to procedures, new product information from manufacturers and much more.

"Technicians, owners, estimators and more nationwide constantly seek access to quality content and training information in a variety of trusted formats," said Pete Meier, Automotive Group director of training. "This collection of material is another resource automotive professionals can turn to when they are researching information about today's vehicles, parts and repair procedures in their own commitment to training."

To enter the Represent Yourself contest, Auto Pro Network members must post a photo, blog or video showing how he or she – or an entire team – professionally represents their service repair shop, collision shop, distributor store or retail location. The posting can showcase how the automotive pro represents the business through branded apparel, community service, in-house customer education, improved customer service offerings or other commitments to improving the automotive industry.

Contest posts will be accepted through June 30, 2016. A full outline of contest rules and information is available on the Auto Pro Network site
