Women's Science & Tech Group to Present Awards to Tyco Security Products' Anita Santos, Kristy DunchakTyco Security Products is proud to announce that Anita Santos, Tyco Security Products' Vice President of Marketing, is the recipient of a Woman of the Future Award from WEST (Women Entrepreneurs in Science & Technology), an organization that provides a forum for women working in science and technology industries. Kristy Dunchak, Director of Product Management at Tyco Security Products, will also be recognized as an Up and Coming Awardee at the awards ceremony and panel discussion, on June 16, 6:00-9:00 PM in Cambridge, Mass. WEST's Women of the Future Awards honor role models who can substantially influence the development and growth of women and their careers. Santos will be recognized for her achievements at the 2016 event, together with Anne Heatherington, Vice President and Head of Quantitative Clinical Sciences at Pfizer, and Amy Schulman, Chief Executive Officer of Lyndra, Inc. and Arsia Therapeutics. With over 18 years of B2B marketing and sales experience, Santos has a history of success in new product development, positioning strategies and channel management. In addition, Santos is an SEC (News - Alert) accredited investor and owner of Ascend Investments LLC, an angel investment firm. She is an advisory member of Astia Angels, which provides women-led start-ups with access to capital, and is a Pipeline Fellow. Santos earned an M.B.A. from Suffolk University and a B.S. in business administration in marketing and finance from Merrimack College. Dunchak has managed Integration Solutions and Programs for Tyco Security Products since 2014 and recently launched the Cyber Protection Program, a holistic approach to cyber security used by the company for more than five years. She also manages the Proximex Surveillint PSIM solution, victor video management software and The Connected Partner Program. Employing her marketing and product development expertise, she has introduced and managed more than 20 global products into the market for Tyco Security Products, Tyco Fire Protection Products, and General Electric.
