Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center completes recruitment for pediatric migraine study using Curelator Headache

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Curelator Inc. announced today that it is collaborating with the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in an IRB-approved study to examine the individual factors that may determine the onset of a migraine attack.

This is the first pediatric study to place a digital tool, Curelator Headache, in the hands of children, adolescents and young adults with the goal of helping them identify the symptoms and factors that precede their migraines. Thestudy has completed its goal of enrolling 60 subjects ages 8-21.

Dr. Andrew Hershey, MD, PhD, FAHS, Endowed Chair of Neurology, Director, Headache Center, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and principal investigator for the study, explains, "This study will begin to identify the unique factors that precede a migraine in children and adolescents and how these can be modifiable.
