NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 21 in Barcelona, Huawei, Light Reading, and TM Forum, will host the Digital Operations Transformation Summit, a one-day summit exploring the trends, opportunities and challenges in the digital transformation of the ICT industry.
