CloudfloorDNS Server and Performance Monitoring Integrates into the Everbridge Unified Critical Communications Platform

CloudfloorDNS, a global Managed DNS and Domain Management service provider, announced today that it has integrated its Netmon™ Server and Network performance monitoring platform into Everbridge's SaaS (News - Alert)-based Unified Critical Communications platform.

As outages and other IT incidents occur, organizations and individuals utilizing the CloudfloorDNS Netmon monitoring platform can use the server and performance monitoring solution to promptly notify the right IT professionals and on-call staff via the Everbridge IT Alerting solution. The integration enables Netmon users to send alerts to the right team members, as well as to publish alerts to a variety of social media platforms, such as Slack, Twitter (News - Alert) and other popular services.

By using the Netmon platform along with the Everbridge IT Alerting solution, a CloudfloorDNS customer can leverage Netmon Server alerts to trigger th Everbridge Unified Critical Communications platform to send multimodal communications. This helps to minimize the Mean Time to Know (MTTK) by engaging the right experts as quickly as possible and supplying them with the most up-to-date information, in order to help solve the IT incident. In addition to notifying users via the Everbridge IT Alerting platform, the CloudfloorDNS DNS Failover can automatically fail the server, website or app to a live backup, to reduce any possible service outage.
