Case Closed: Diablo Technologies Wins; Awarded Bond In Netlist LawsuitSAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Diablo Technologies today announced that United States District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers ordered the full bond posted by Netlist Inc. (NLST) be paid to Diablo in partial compensation for the profits it lost because it was wrongfully enjoined. The Court also denied Netlist's motion to set aside the jury verdict and denied Netlist's request for a new trial. Additionally, Diablo was declared the victor in the lawsuit, concluding Case No. 4:13cv- 05962 YGR in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
