CUPERTINO, Calif. and MCLEAN, Va., June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TaaSera Inc., the leading provider of preemptive breach detection for cybersecurity, announced today the launch of TaaSera Labs, a dedicated cybersecurity research team furthering TaaSera's ability to use behavior detection and automated contextual analytics for preempting breaches that routinely evade conventional defenses.

Working in cooperation with academic and commercial research partners, TaaSera Labs will foster the development of an open detection grammar and shared intelligence for describing malware behavior, helping enterprises detect and respond to cyber attacks before sensitive data is irreparably compromised or destroyed.

TaaSera Labs will launch in cooperation with the computer science department at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, to combine novel university research concepts with TaaSera's expertise in preemptive breach detection to advance innovative cyber defenses.
