Tony "has a multi-industry history of building businesses and expanding their opportunities through his thoughtful, creative, and strategic leadership. He is a highly experienced executive, a superb leader, and a man of the highest of integrity and character," Bowen S. Diehl, Chairman of the ShockWatch Board of Directors, said.

Mr. Fonk brings ShockWatch over 17 years of international experience in developing and executing innovative product, service and channel strategies. Most recently, Mr. Fonk ran a 100M business for Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc. (STCK), a $1.3 billion North American supplier of construction materials and services, as the company transitioned from a private equity ownership structure to being publicly traded on NASDAQ. Prior to Stock Building Supply, Mr. Fonk worked for Ingersoll Rand (IR) running and re-aligning their residential Trane (News - Alert) and American Standard air conditioner portfolio. In addition, Fonk has held several international business management and marketing leadership roles for Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway Company (BRK).
