Cypress Semiconductor Corporation Sends Financing Commitment Letter to Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc.


SAN JOSE, Calif., June 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: CY) today announced that it has received a financing commitment letter from Barclays Bank PLC, and that it has shared the letter with Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc.
