Decade Software Company Announces Contract to Provide Integrated Data Management System to Spokane Regional Health District

The Health District was motivated to seek an integrated environmental health solution after years of struggling with data silos. "We have a lot of individual programs, each with their own database or two. Besides junk data, the disconnect between these systems is a big problem," says Patti Anderson, Database Technician for the District. "For example, if a customer comes to the front counter with a liquid waste application, the employee at the counter has no way to see any related data. He won't know if they have any outstanding applications, enforcement actions, or invoices.
