Jo Ellen Livingston Joins DOAR as Managing Director

Trial strategy consulting firm DOAR announced today that Jo Ellen Livingston has joined the company's ranks as a Managing Director in the trial consulting practice.

Dr. Livingston is one of the country's most experienced and respected jury consultants having consulted on over 800 cases over the past 25 years. She has provided trial strategy consulting, pre-trial research, witness preparation, jury selection and trial observation in white collar criminal, mass tort, products liability, environmental, intellectual property and a wide range of commercial litigation matters for law firms and corporations across the United States. Fifteen of the cases on which Dr. Livingston consulted have been cited by the National Law Journal as top defense verdicts.

For the past fourteen years, Jo Ellen was a Senior Litigation Communication Expert and part of the leadership team of Zagnoli McEvoy Foley, LLC in Chicago. She received her masters and her docorate degrees from Tulane University in Industrial/Organization Psychology and her BA in psychology from Louisiana State University.
