Digital Check Introduces SB650M Full-Page, MICR-Enabled Check and Document ScannerLAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)-- Digital Check, a leading manufacturer of scanners for the banking industry, introduced the SB650M check and document scanner at the RDC Summit in Las Vegas. Combining the strengths of a dedicated check scanner and a traditional document scanner, the new device features a MICR read head for the magnetic ink on checks and money orders, as well as a full page-width opening for accepting other documents up to standard legal size. Built around the same design as Digital Check's popular SB Series of portable scanners, the SB650M is designed for businesses that accept checks and money orders along with other accompanying documentation. The scanner can accept ID cards, invoices and receipts, and other documents up to a full page in size at up to 600 dpi in full page mode, with checks captured at 200 dpi.
