Axvoice Axvoice offers residential VoIP customers flexible and low-cost plans for domestic and international callers. Their lowest rate is $4.99 per month and $0.015 per minute, or $8.25 per month for unlimited domestic calls. Their features include making calls via a computer, free calls to other Axvoice users, online voicemail management, music on hold and free conference calling. Like Phone Power, Axvoice offers e911 service.

magicJack magicJack has been one of the best known names in residential VoIP service since the technology was first developed. It is unique compared with the above services because it gives you the option of choosing a device to plug into your computer's USB port, allowing use on the go with a laptop, or an adapter that connects to your Internet router. You also have the option of using an iOS or Android app. The monthly plan is $5, or you can pay $35 for one year. This includes unlimited domestic calls, free 411 service and free international calls to other magicJack users. International rates are comparable to other services. Additional services such as caller ID and voicemail are standard; no advanced features are offered.
