Equicare Health Introduces New Version of Cancer Survivorship Software, EQUICARE CS™VANCOUVER, British Columbia --(Business Wire)-- Equicare Health, a leading provider of care coordination software, announces the release of EQUICARE CS™ (ECS) v4.2. The new version was developed to better meet the operational needs of busy cancer care centers, and to enable these organizations to meet stage 2 of the ARRA-HiTech Act's "Meaningful Use" requirements. The Act is intended to reduce healthcare costs through the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), and includes incentives for organizations in which patients have "Meaningful Use" of their EHR.
