Walser Technology Group Partners With AltiGen Communications
(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/14 --
AltiGen Communications, Inc. (OTCQX: ATGN), a leading provider of premise and cloud-based IP-PBX and Contact Center solutions, today announced that Walser Technology Group, Inc. has joined AltiGen's Authorized Partner network.
Walser Technology Group provides systems integration and contract support services for small to medium sized businesses in North Carolina. The company offers a variety of managed services, Secure Share E-mail, Website Hosting, Offsite Data Storage, Network monitoring and Alerting as well as IP-PBX and Contact Center Solutions.
"We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and value to our customers," said President Brad Walser. "When the Cisco small and medium UC solutions were declared End-of-Life, we started our search for a quality replacement. We wanted a robust, all software solution that could be maintained in our data center for managed service customers, at the customer's location or hosted in the cloud. AltiGen provides a great solution and uses the exact same software in all three environments. The ability to add contact center functionality an agent at a time also allows us to offer advanced functionality to our customers at a very affordable price."
Walser Technology has deployed AltiGen's all software solution for a local engineering firm, a software company, a Manufacturing firm, and a veterinarian clinic. In each case the customer's communication solution resides on premise at the customer's location. Each installation resides on a virtual server easily integrating into the customer's networks. By implementing an AltiGen pure software solution, the customer has many options for integration into their networks.
"AltiGen provides multiple deployment options for our Partners and customers," said AltiGen VP of Sales Mike Plumer. "A customer may purchase the software up front and implement at their offices or in a data center. In addition, using AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud, customers can subscribe to a monthly service. The days of expensive hardware purchases and maintenance are no longer necessary to deploy a state-of-the-art communications solution."
"Walser Technology Group offers a comprehensive set of services for their customers," said Plumer. "We are very happy to add them as a partner and believe they offer great potential to expand our mutual customers in North Carolina."
