VISIX PREMIERS EXTENSIVE NEW ROOM SIGN LINE AT INFOCOMM 2014

(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 11 June 2014 Release date- 10062014 - ATLANTA, GA - Visix, Inc. will premiere their completely new room sign line at InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas.

Visix is the first digital signage company to offer a full line of room signs with scheduling options that unite digital signage and room management solutions.

'Our MeetingMinder room sign line is now the most complete offering on the market. No other company has the hardware or software feature set that we do,' says Sean Matthews, Visix President and CEO. 'From the beginning, we've seen our room sign line as an extension of digital signage. We believe this new line of products successfully bridges the room sign/digital signage gap to offer customers a complete solution to show both meetings and messages for improved office efficiencies and communication.' Sleek new hardware has replaced previous MeetingMinder models with availability lights on the sides of Touch and Connect units that glow green when a room is available and red when occupied. New EPS models offer an affordable e-paper option for office hoteling.

MeetingMinder Touch10 and Touch15: Digital Sign First, Room Booking Second Touch 10- and 15-inch models allow clients to publish a full range of digital signage content alongside room schedules. These interactive signs display room reservations from AxisTV, Exchange or EMS, while allowing users to create a walk-up reservation at the screen. Touch room signs can also run in non-interactive mode so that content and schedules are displayed full-screen.

MeetingMinder Connect10: Room Booking First, Digital Sign Second Connect 10-inch room signs show data from Exchange, EMS or Google Calendars, and the interactive screen allows for room booking at the sign. Connect signs display digital signage messages from any content management application that can export an RSS image playlist.

Touch and Connect signs can be surface mounted or recessed in walls. Power over Ethernet allows one Ethernet cable to supply both power and data, so there's no worry about concealing power bricks.

MeetingMinder EPS3 and EPS7: Economic Hoteling and Schedule Display EPS 3- and 7-inch electronic paper signs show data from Exchange, EMS or Google Calendars, and are updated wirelessly via RF communication. These battery-powered signs are only activated when information changes, providing a battery lifespan of at least five years or 10,000 updates.

Parties interested in pricing or specifications for MeetingMinder room signs should contact salesteam@visix.com.

Visix will exhibit in booth N936 at InfoComm 2014 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 18-20. To learn more about InfoComm, visit www.infocommshow.org.
