Since 199, ERP releases commonly used Internet browsers to access core
business functionality, making browser compatibility a critical element
in long-term usage of an application release. RSI SPS removes future
browser compatibility as a limiting factor, helping to enable an

Browser Compatibility a Challenge for Many Organizations - Today and
While older application releases generally have more compatibility
issues with newer Internet browsers, even organizations running current
application releases commonly have multiple client platforms such as
desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones, with different operating
systems including Windows, OSX, Chrome, iOS or Android (News - Alert), each with their
own Internet browsers. These different platforms frequently interpret
standard HTML code differently, causing interpretive discrepancies that
often lead to compatibility challenges between new and future browser

correctly. Simultaneously, the HTML code sent to clients using Microsoft (News - Alert)
Internet Explorer browsers remained unchanged, thus enabling the same
SAP applications to communicate correctly with both clients.
