Today TM Forum announced the expanded agenda for TM Forum Live! which features the hottest industry topics, including big data, business agility, customer experience, cyber security, Internet of things, virtualization and more. TM Forum (News - Alert) Live! is the new name for TM Forum's flagship event for executives in the global communications and digital services industries and beyond. It examines the business and operational aspects of digital service delivery. The expanded agenda is aimed at helping all players innovate more effectively, adapt more rapidly, deliver more for less and exploit major new opportunities digital transformation.

Themed "Transforming to a Digital Business," and beginning on Monday, June 2, at the Acropolis in Nice, France, TM Forum Live! includes three full days of thought-provoking presentations, keynotes and roundtables dedicated to digital business transformation with six topic-driven Forums, plus a full-day Cable Summit, and pre-conference workshops on big data, network functions virtualization (NFV) and software defined networking (SDN).

TM Forum Live!'s sessions feature a stellar line-up of over 250 speakers from AT&T, BT, Delta Airlines, Deutsche B�rse, eBay, Microsoft, Orange (News - Alert), Salesforce.com, Skype, Telefonica, Time Warner Cable, Vodafone, and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts to name a few.

  • Agile (News - Alert) Business and IT Transformation addresses the issues related to business agility, cloud, increased revenue, decreased time-to-market, reduced waste, and increased staff productivity and satisfaction through more efficient working practices.
  • Big Data Analytics and Customer Engagement focuses on issues relating to customer lifecycle management, understanding customer experience metrics and making the most of big data analytics.
  • Internet of Things explores which enterprise services operators are developing, and how operators can ensure the smooth delivery of these services to different verticals such as Smart Energy, eHealth, Smart Cities, connected homes and more.
  • Virtualizing Everything: Cloud, SDN and NFV targets the issues and opportunities surrounding virtualization for service providers and various types of enterprises. This Forum is an integral part of TM Forum's new Zero-touch Orchestration, Operations and Management (ZOOM) project which focuses on building a blueprint for a new generation of service provider support systems to deliver true business agility.
  • Security and Privacy examines emerging security challenges, and provides insights into the privacy concerns of consumers and how they can be addressed
  • Revenue Management provides new insights into how service providers can optimize and more effectively integrate their systems, processes and procurements in order to protect their revenue in the digital world.

In addition to three solid days of conference sessions, TM Forum Live! features multiple pre-conference sessions on Mon., June 2:

  • A full-day Cable Summit discusses how cable is no longer a business tied to legacy infrastructure and investments; exposes new revenue growth opportunities; and examines how to rapidly deploy and introduce services, improve operational efficiency and communicate with end-users more effectively.
  • Two intensive half-day workshops on NFV (sponsored by HP) and big data offer selected service providers a highly interactive and unique opportunity to interact with leaders in the global communications industry.

On Tues., June 3, NFV is also the focus of a special Open House, Open Mic networking event with unstructured talks from audience participants.
