New Mocana Atlas and Security Solutions for the Internet of Things to Be Showcased at RSA Conference 2014
SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)--
RSA (News - Alert) CONFERENCE 2014 - Mocana today announced it will showcase its
full range of security solutions for mobility and the Internet of Things
in the Moscone Center South Expo Hall booth 338 at next week's RSA®
Conference. Among the featured security solutions on display will be the
new Mocana (News - Alert) Atlas™ extended enterprise engine, a purpose-built platform
designed to simplify enterprise app deployments at scale and
significantly reduce mobile total cost of ownership (TCO). Mocana staff
will be at the booth to showcase this revolutionary new security
appliance, plus Mocana's Mobile App Protection (MAP™) platform, as well
as Mocana's line of embedded security offerings that are already
protecting several hundred million devices in the Internet of Things.
"Mobility has become a critical pathway to achieving competitive
advantage, and if a modern enterprise doesn't have 10 or 20 enterprise
mobile apps deployed to their workforce, and another 5 or 10 apps
deployed to channel partners and suppliers, it's already behind the
curve," said Kurt Stammberger, CISSP, vice president marketing at
Mcana. "With the introduction of the Mocana Atlas extended enterprise
engine, Mocana is again leading the pack, providing real innovation that
unlocks the extended enterprise, lowers mobile TCO and simplifies
large-scale app deployments."
The RSA Conference will mark the first public appearance of the Mocana
Atlas appliance. Deployed behind the firewall, the appliance makes it
easy to securely connect mobile apps to back-end systems at huge scale.
Mocana Atlas also dramatically lowers cost-per-connection, providing
unprecedented simplicity for IT and one-click access for end users
throughout the entire extended enterprise. Invitations to the Mocana
Atlas private beta are limited, and can be requested at www.mocana.com/atlas.
The full arsenal of Mocana's mobile security and Internet of Things
security solutions, FIPS and professional services will also be on
display in the booth, all part of the Mocana Device Security Framework.
