If Mary has an issue with her device, she will likely have to contact the manufacturer. noHold Connect empowers Mary to begin chatting with her Telco, and 'in place activate' the Virtual Agent from her device manufacturer in the same conversational UI.

2. Leverages a virtual 'butler' to experience the IoE - Similar to scenario 1, Mary can interact with one Virtual Agent from her device to 'talk' to other Virtual Agents and accomplish tasks. Virtual Assistants like Siri® leverage single apps. If an individual wants to reset his NEST thermostat, he will leverage one mobile application. A consumer interested in recording on his DVR will require another application. noHold Virtual Agents can be leveraged as butlers to 'connect' with other Virtual Agents and augment the IoE. Thus, transforming the experience and putting simplicity and interactivity back in human hands.
