Before DataStax, he was senior vice president and general manager of Activant Solutions (now Epicor Software), where he was responsible for $100 million in P&L and all aspects of sales, professional services, marketing, customer support and product development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and business management from the University of California at Davis and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from John F. Kennedy University.

Patty Nghiem, vice president of marketing and alliances, is responsible for expanding Dataguise corporate and product awareness, building its channel and supporting its world-class sales team. Nghiem is a veteran of fast-paced, high-growth information technology companies and joins Dataguise after serving as the head of global partner operations at Salesforce.com. Prior to Salesforce.com, she was vice president of worldwide marketing at GlobalLogic; she has also served as vice president of marketing, business development and services at start-ups and global leaders, including Oracle and Business Objects (now SAP). She holds bachelor's degrees in computer science and managerial studies from Rice University.


Jeremy Stieglitz, vice president of product management, is responsible for helping execute the company's vision to deliver advanced data security, intelligence and protection solutions to global enterprise customers. Prior to Dataguise, he was vice president of business development at Voltage Security; before that he was vice president of marketing and product management for Redwood Systems. Stieglitz also held product management and marketing roles at Redwood Systems, Force10 Networks, Cisco, Entrust and RSA (the security division of EMC). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science at McGill University.
