Axiros and Bulb changing the rules of customer service and system integration with joint team of highly trained process, technical and business engineers.

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Axiros, the technology leader in open device management solutions for telecommunications and M2M markets, announced today a strategic partnership with system integrator Bulb that leverages each firm's core strengths to provide additional services to the Axiros' global customer base. The move immediately raises the bar for customer service and system integration.

Based in Croatia, Bulb has made a name for itself as a system integrator with a strong focus on understanding user needs and fulfilling those needs in the area of TR-069. Specifically, the deal pairs this focus of Bulb's with Axiros' deep integration expertise and support in the area of device management for multiple business models, including cloud and managed services. The result is a team of highly-trained, highly-skilled process, technical and business engineers.

Axiros CEO Kurt Peterhans sees the partnership as necessary in the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape. "This strategic alliance will enable Axiros to address the significant and global demand we are experiencing from Tier I telco providers for end-to-end customer service solutions," he says. "Our partnership with Bulb leverages additional professional service resources at a time of significant growth for Axiros and ensures the continued proliferation of our technology into the customer support infrastructures of the top telcos worldwide." .
