BRUSSELS & FREMONT, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
a global provider of wholesale carrier services, has announced that Hurricane
Electric, the world's largest IPv6-native Internet backbone, has
signed an agreement to use the BICS Pan European Network (PEN) 2.0
