Three Secure Elements for State-of-the-Art Identity Protection:
Within the Safedome card is an ultra-thin computer that is invisibly and
securely tied to both the consumer's smartphone and the cloud. The card
interacts with an application on the smartphone using active "always on"
technology that takes preventative action in the event that a consumer's
wallet or smartphone is lost, left-behind, or stolen. The three identity
protection elements include:
Wallet containing the Safedome card: If stolen the consumer is
promptly alerted with an alarm on the protected mobile device. Once
this alert is generated the consumer can quickly notify card issuers
to block or cancel the consumer's debit and credit cards through the
intuitive interface on the mobile device app.
Smartphone with Safedome app: If lost or stolen, the consumer's
smartphone app will automatically lock to protect his or her identity
and secure valuable information.
Cloud-based Safedome identity vault: The smartphone and card
need to be together to wirelessly unlock the vault. It provides a
secure location protected by bank-grade authentication for the
consumer to store confidential financial information, such as credit
