UCStrategies Announces UC Benefits and ROI Analysis Tool

ST. HELENA, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

UCStrategies announces the immediate availability of its UC Benefits and ROI Analysis Tool, designed to help telecom and unified communications sales channels close more customer deals and dramatically increase revenue and profitability.

The tools help accelerate the velocity of a UC deal to its closure providing the needed financial justification and projections of cost reduction benefits for a customer's business. The tool helps provide the insight needed from the CXO's perspective to close lagging deals that are currently stalled or potentially lost because of lack of financial data validating a UC purchase.

A 2103 channel survey conducted by UCStrategies found that a UC proposal is rejected 53% of the time either due to lack of ROI or budget. The UC Benefits and ROI Analysis tool helps provide ROI and financial justification information for specific customer deployments, enabling VARs, resellers, and solution integrators to close more quickly. Channel representatives can have a 10-minute conversation with a prospect and deliver a complete financial analysis of the impact of UC on that prospect's business.Channel partners can increase their UC revenue b at least 10-20% or more, thus dramatically improving profitability.

Used as both a qualification and sales tool, the UCStrategies UC Benefits and ROI Analysis tool can quickly qualify early in the sales process whether a full-blown proposal effort is warranted. As a selling tool, it can be used to enable internal advocates to communicate the value of UC across the organization. With over 300 variables, the tool can be tuned to each organization's use of UC. Going beyond ROI, payback, and financial results, the tool provides specific hard and soft benefit information based on each organization's use cases.

According to George Cordeiro of Dell Computer, which is using the tool to sell Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync-based UC deployments, "Dell is using the UCStrategies UC Benefits and ROI Analysis tool across our UC salesforce to help our customers understand the value of UC to their business and to enable our salespeople to close more UC business."

Pricing ranges from $699 for a single salesperson to under $155 per salesperson for organizations with 100 salespeople - less than the cost of a reasonable client dinner.

Visit to view a short video on the tool and to request a 14-day trial for your organization.
