At CX Hot Trends Symposium, Baer will deliver his keynote address on Tuesday, June 3, at 3:45 p.m. titled, "Faster! 6 Trends Forcing Businesses to Embrace Lightning-Quick Social Media Customer Service." During the session, Baer will explore the major shifts in consumer behavior and expectations that are requiring businesses to fundamentally alter their approach to customer service. From staffing to software, from metrics to management-attendees will learn if they're acting fast enough to accommodate the social revolution.
