Infoblox Appoints Stephen Yu as Executive Vice President and General Counsel
SANTA CLARA, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Infoblox (News - Alert) Inc. (NYSE: BLOX) today announced Stephen Yu has joined
Infoblox as executive vice president and general counsel, effective
immediately. Yu is responsible for legal affairs at Infoblox, as well as
the company's intellectual property portfolio, government affairs,
public policy and corporate citizenship.

Yu brings more than 20 years of experience leading legal teams and
advising on corporate, commercial, intellectual property and litigation
matters around the world. For the past seven years, Yu served as
executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Rovi
Corporation. In that position he led and managed the company's legal
function. Prior to Rovi, Yu served as general counsel at Aspect (News - Alert)
Communications Corporation, a provider of contact center solutions,
Riverstone Networks, Inc., a provider of Ethernet network solutions, and
Palm, Inc. (News - Alert), a provider of mobile computing solutions.
Yu holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue
University and a Juris Doctor cum laude from Georgetown
University Law Center. Yu is a member of the California State bar.
