JIUN Corporation has released "SonicDICOM", a management system for imaging designed for medical use, in free and paid versions on November 25, 2013.

What is SonicDICOM

SonicDICOM is PACS software2 that combines the capabilities of DICOM Servers1 with web browser based DICOM Viewers.
